Disclaimer: Please be aware being a medical facility increases our exposure directly or indirectly to COVID-19. Staff and patients have outside interactions that further exposes them to COVID-19. Additionally, individuals may carry and transmit COVID-19 while asymptomatic (without symptoms). Leaving your house increases the potential risk of further exposure to COVID-19 directly or indirectly. Be diligent in assessing your symptoms that may be related to COVID-19. Contact your physician as soon as possible if such symptoms arise. Inform us if you are officially diagnosed with COVID-19.

Please contact your primary care provider prior to visiting our healthcare facility.
Based on your symptoms, your provider will determine the appropriate steps for you to take, which may simply be to stay at home to reduce the possibility of spreading the disease to others. Only certain situations require a visit to a hospital or other medical locations for COVID-19 testing. If you do not have a primary care provider, please call the hospital before visiting in-person; however, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
A Plus Physical Therapy Centers, LLC is prepared to respond to this crisis using universal precautions, inluding masks, gloves, applying social distancing procedures, and temperature readings when available. Patient Procedures and Appointments
In an effort to confront emerging challenges related to COVID-19 we have implemented changes pertaining to patient visits, scheduled work hours, limiting staffing to the bare minimum essential workers and applying social distancing as best as possible while providing quality service. We also ask that family members and/or personal aides do not stay during patient visits at this time. By taking these steps, we can help to protect our patients, staff and help combat this crisis.
